@calimom Yes, but these ingredients and amounts meet my individual macros that also take into account what I ate for the other parts of my day. 50g Brocc, 50g Caulif, 40g red pepper, 200g boneless/skinless chicken thigh, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, 8g grass-fed unsalted butter. Net Carbs: 6g, Fat: 14.5g, Pro: 42g, Cal: 347 👍 and it was delicious 😋 😀

Was this like a stir fry thing? It looks really good and I like all the ingredients, however I would probably be tempted to add a little onion.
