I am 37 weeks pregnant and while I am not dieting, I have tried to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet while staying active during the duration of my pregnancy. Once I have the baby, I know I will be seeking motivation and encouragement to lose the baby weight in a healthy and consistent way.
