Calories in check today. Tired, feeling like I have a cold. Instead of pushing it I am actually taking a day off from walking and lifting. Im learning, slowly but surely that sometimes forcing the issue makes things worse! Hope everyone is having a good week. Summer has FINALLY arrived in Reno!

So sorry you feel under the weather..So far this week we are having a
