Well, today was much better on my eating and my energy level seems to be coming back up. I lost a little on the scale and while my chest and hips haven't moved I did lose an inch in my arms, waist, and thighs. Slow and steady wins the race, right? I took my son out to eat today. It has been a long time since the two of us got to go out just the two of us. It was nice and I managed to stay on course with my diet. So it is possible to go out to eat, stay on course, and get something delicious. Happy hump day and happy journey everyone.
