Tonight I ate dinner with my grandparents and it was pizza night for them. I wasn't going to be rude and say "no thanks". So I decided to limit myself to two slices, seeming this was a 12" frozen pizza and those slices didn't seem to be that big; boy that was a mistake. Those two slices made me jump past the points I am suppose to have in a day. Hopefully, the amount of exercise I did today will make up for the mishap. This dieting thing is challenging, but like they say "no pain, no gain". Hope everyone else is doing well this week.
