Well I officially started again yesterday. I am proud of my self for everything I have accomplished but at the same time disappointed that I haven't stuck with it. My husband tells me not to be so hard on myself because I have done well with maintaining. My disappointment is because I still want to loose more. My goal was to loose 60-80 lbs and as I approached 60 I realized that 80-90 was where I wanted to be. I am at 55 (I have fluxuated between 55-60) and going to work at going forward. Of course I won't be down 80 for the summer as I wanted to but I have to think positive and go forward. So what is realistic for the next target? I would like to be down an additional 35-40 lbs by Christmas. That is just slightly more then 27 weeks (almost 28). Which means I need to drop 1.25-1.5 lbs per week. It may be tough but I have to aim for something. So here goes, I will keep recording my food, try not to over indulge too much on weekends, keep up the walking and ball hockey and do my best to add extra work outs. Stay tuned...
