Woke at 217.2, the same waking weight for the third straight day. Going into the city to work today and then I am the M.C. for an outdoor concert and networking event called GovJam in the evening. I'll be back late! UPDATE: Got home at 213.4 after lots of exercise but not eating much all day.

Thank you! I'm back and we had a blast! Lots of fun but I didn't eat much. As a result, I got a great new weigh in. Becca, we did our inaugural event last year and I emceed that one. Super fun.
