Going to stay aware of hunger levels and calorie count as much as possible. Away from home for the next 8 days attending a wedding.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ches, that is the plan, but I have to be careful when eating out. Restaurant food can do a number on my stomach, especially if eaten multiple days. I have to make a point of getting in some movement and eat simple foods. Thank you for your encouragement. 👍😊
