Somebody Else's Journal, 03 March 2015

Kinda visited the old me tonight... this morning, even. I did a workout at 2am ish. I used to do that a lot, as I struggled with sleep - loved pushing my body so hard like that. Anyway, I worked on some pictures to really show my body the way it is now, fat too.

I went too high on carbs today, so I'm probably clinging to more water/fat than I'd like... in otherwords, I've looked better, but a bit pumped from the workout, so that's something. xD So much progress... abs are coming through more, but gonna be a long time until I see the lower ones again.

I'm just so excited to start bulking. I reckon I'm gonna end up with a pretty good physique if I stay this determined and stubborn. I don't think I look weak in these pictures, but I still kinda feel it. I can't wait to look how I feel on the inside. RAWR.

One thing that really pisses me off, is that clothed, you wouldn't really know I worked out, except maybe from seeing my pecs. I don't have much in the way of traps, despite how hard I've tried to hit them, I just can't get that badass trap look some guys have. One day, maybe. Shirt off, tensing, like in these pictures, it's pretty obvious I workout, right? :| I can't wear a tight shirt with this belly, else I'll look like an idiot. Guess I just have to be patient, eh? Did it once, can do it again.



Very good fast day, today. 11pm and I'm at 459kcal, and a touch under 22g of carbs. (protein shakes and a few grapes) 72.5g of protein so that's great, although the source is entirely from the whey, so that's not so good, but still of course survivable.

I ended up talking a lot about my fitness shizzle at college and most of them think I'm crazy for fasting. xD Oh, but I like how one guy kept complaining how he was starving. hah I was like, "YOU'RE starving?!"

It wasn't too bad, to be honest, as the protein keeps me chugging along, and I did overload on carbs yesterday, so I'm fine, just haven't been able to drink enough.

Walked about an hour and a half in total, today, ... nothing huge, but it's something. 15 minutes to my folks, 15 back, 15 to my folks very briefly, then 15-20 to town for college, then 15-20 to my folks, then 15 home. xD
