I feel so beaten today! It is a rainy, ugly day. My hip is sore and hubby is having a bad back day, plus he's dizzy. We got the insurance check but after they took off for depreciation and our deductible, we only got about 50% of what it will cost us to replace all three roofs. Really Thankful for what we received- better than paying 100% out of our pockets. I am just tired of all the recent major expensive repairs coming all at once. Counting my Blessings

Ouch, that's no fun. You might want to talk to your insurance agent about replacement value insurance, though, or course, it's to late for this time.
