RN16's Journal, 10 September 2022

Here are my calves. They don't look as good as other peoples on here. I haven't actually done specific calf exercises in months, because it hasn't been in my program, but they get worked deadlifting, squatting and hip thrusting. It took me awhile to upload these pics. I had to keep trying to upload them.
