I WILL drive down the calories and keep logging. Stepped in the gym after 16 months two days ago. Today is Saturday morning and I just finished up gym session 2 for the week. I got this!!! ((I’ll get more protein in me so just relax!!)) Let’s go warriors!!

Thanks Are1981, Diana 1234 and TomLong. Only setting a gym goal of 2 days a week for now. I am afraid if I set it for 3 and only do 2 it could screw with me mentally. Baby steps.
