Woops, have an incredibly sore back today and I comfort ate, I went shopping and bought 2 Atkins bars and a sugar free choccie bar and ate the lot! I just have no willpower to have just a little, I just need to not buy the things in the first place.
Ah, good intentions and all that, still tomorrow is another day and I plan to be back to proper eating, so the damage shouldn't be too much.
One positive is I cleaned 2 cars today, spent a lot of time cooking ready for next week and did some laundry, so been pretty active all day.
