Not doing too well with the food side of things so haven't lost weight. I need to get back into vegetables and fruit and putting it into my food diary again. It certainly is motivational when you record what you eat.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

keeping an honest, accurate food diary has helped me stay on track, without it I doubt I would still be here. But I enjoy being able to see where I am spending my calories and makes it easy to adjust if things aren't going so well. Good luck you can do it :)

I ll get back on track! Just got a bit bored not having cheese, caramel and lots of meat! Naughty!
