ate at a mexican place yesterdy. all I ate was taco salad with gualamola on it.
then ate at a friends house and had a hamburger patty with gualamola. I know that didn't have sugar, I know how she made it. avacado, lime juice, and tomatos.
I gained .2 it seems it takes me a month to lose one pound. gotta figure this out.
