it's such a struggle with no one doing this but me. Food all around me... which, of course, I don't need to be eating.. This struggle is very real for me. I have too many (comfortable) days where I just don't care and then I feel disgusted with myself...
Then, there's always tomorrow.... to start again.

Yes, exactly what Pinay said. These habits have probably been around for a long time, so it will take some time to replace them with healthy new ones. You are the best person to figure out the best strategy to help you move forward. You can do this. 👍😊

STOP starting over—- just continue on. This is one long, continuous journey. You make less than stellar choices one day, you just work to make better ones tomorrow. You have to build a way of eating that you can comfortably live with for the duration. Deprivation does not work. It makes all the difference in the world to be able to say to yourself that you can have something like a donut or a coke or a candy if you really want it, but you will pass on it today. Remove the forbiddeness from your weight loss plan and see how freeing that feels.

That sounds like a really hard situation to be in. 💚 Don't be so hard on yourself! Kenna is right. It's a journey. And as soon as you tell yourself you can't have it, that's when you want it the most. It helps to change your mindset. I budget in those things I want everyday. It's the quantity that's the key.

You need to be your own biggest supporter. It sounds like you are harsh with yourself when you don't do what you think would have been best. Try to talk to yourself as you would talk to your best friend. Would you be disgusted with a friend if they didn't make good choices? Probably not.
