Hello, Fat Secret Buddies.
Been really busy but managed to still "BRING IT" P90X style. Scale not moving much but I am seeing the difference in my hips and waist measurements. My husband noticed my flexibility too. wink wink. I lost an inch in my hips since I started and an inch in my waist since I started. The hips loss is INCREDIBLE because it's the hardest thing to lose on my body. A loss is still a loss. Thank you Jesus! On Week 2 of P90X and my hubby finally decided to join me doing Cardio X. He made it through most of the workout. We went to bed thinking of "Superman, Banana" LOL! And we woke up feeling it too!
