Fasted 20 hours. I had leftover cabbage soup and cabbage and rice. It was very cabbage-forward. Neighbor asked if I wanted a whole grain seeded baguette from the German bakery where she works. Too hard to turn down. I had some toasted, with butter. So good. Then Rm went to the taco truck and I had one taco. I feel very proud of my restraint, lol.
