I did bad yesterday but it could have been worse. I couldn't resist the free food work gave us, Chick-fil-a. (Breaded, of course) Chicken sandwich, Lay's original chips, and one of their 400 calorie brownies. Jeez. For dinner I had pasta with turkey meatballs. A small serving. Then I worked out! 30 mins on the stationary bike, and some sit ups. My legs are sore today, and I'm sooooo tired. 30 mins on the bike was tough. I used the apt fitness center instead of my regular gym and their equipment is weird. It's some off brand and I think the levels are harder than the ones I'm used to. Level 1 was too easy and level 2 was too hard. At least it had a heart rate monitor and my heartrate was in my target area for pretty much the full 30 mins. Good deal. Today I might do the bikini body workout from Fitnessmagazine.com. I need to get a volleyball for it though. Lol.
I was up at 140.8 this morning. I really hope that .8 is because of all the sodium yesterday. Damn you, Chick-fil-a, damn you!
