Had to shower early today an didn't have the strength necessary. Cardiologist says I'm not eating enough to get the glucose and electrolytes I need. Si with the crunch of time, I ate 2 pieces of candy, on Hershey's Nugget and one little size York peppermint patty. It worked. I think that's a pretty good excuse to eat some chocolate.!
