I’m 54 now be 55 in April. Looking to get off of diabetes meds bp meds n cholesterol meds also. Have change diet completely. I do cheat meals but I’m fighting everyday to be better. Life is short n I’m trying to do my best to be here a while longer. I have a wife 4 adult kids n 6 grandkids. So I’m want to enjoy life a little longer
