Due to going out on a double date last night & eating a 3 course meal, despite all the exercise I did in the day and ate very little I ended up going back up to 12.2! Knew it would happen.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
