someone yell at me to stop being lazy and go workout 🙃 haha 😄 only 3 weeks till my tough mudder 5k

thanks for the motivation I got a workout in I'm not going to call it a great workout by any stretch (low set counts) but Its the first step back towards my normal routine after being away. I'm confident I will make todays workout better!

Alright, obt, you asked for it! Get your butt in gear and get to work! Of course I say this with only fondness!! lol Really though, you can do this! Keep your end goal in mind!! I know when we go away, it's hard to get back to our routine..just get up and do it and you'll be happy that you did!💪💪💜

Well I planned to workout after breakfast but lacked the motivation and watched a movie with the kids instead . I found the motivation to lift after lunch and Had a much better session than yesterday but still lighter on the volume than normal. I will consider myself back to my routine once I complete a leg day workout tommorow. now its time for some yard work and maybe cleaning out the garage to get to the Rock climbing wall we will see if that happens or not
