I've had a couple private questions. So, I will do best to answer one of them concerning a typical day.

I wake up at 730, take vitamins and fiber drink.
I eat two boiled eggs each morning (a couple hours after I get to work, 10ish).
At lunch it varies (within same caloric range) but usually one tuna pouch with a pickle and one tablespoon mayo. Normally eaten with a leaf of lettuce and a slice of baby swiss. Sriracha sauce if I want to add zest.
I dont really snack. It took a few weeks to deny the cravings but I am over it now. Wasn't easy but worth it. I even keep snacks in my desk to tempt me...Doesn't matter now. I laugh when I see them since I won't [currently] touch them. :)
At dinner I try to omit carbs (unless really active, jogging for an hour for example) but will eat alot of veggies and a lean meat. I will eat as many steamed veggies as I want and no more than 10ozs of a lean meat (usually fish or chicken).
If I remember, I will have fiber again before bed (normally around midnight EST). The fiber keeps me from being hungry. It takes alittle getting used to but helps alot.
Thats it. Rinse and repeat. I was able to handle about 970 calories a day for 30 days this way. I have since increased my intake to 1200-1500 calories a day. This is because I walk/jog for an hour a day now.
I'm sure many would see this as a little extreme. But I feel way better than I did since the 2nd of January and I have lost quite a bit of weight. Now I just need to keep it up and keep it off.
