This jogging/ walking for an hour everyday is really paying dividends. I only ate around 950 calories for a month (very restrictive in January) and then upped my calories to 1200-1500 per day along with one hour of walking/jogging this month. I will be continuing with this for the next month to see where it gets me. I had hoped to lose another 4 lbs by 28th but I am a week ahead of schedule. No complaints. I have dropped two pant sizes and four belt loops! I can't believe how well this is working out...starting to wish I had done this sooner. :)
