Oh I make it by eye ball every time. But if I had to put down a recipe I would say four avocados, half a medium white onion, half a bushel of chopped cilantro, one chopped medium tomato, chopped jalapeño to taste, salt to taste, and a while lime squeezed. I pop my lime in the microwave for 10 seconds before stabbing it and squeezing it helps get all the juice out. It’s not hard to make and I just add a little more jalapeño or salt till it taste the way I like. Super good. Never add sour cream that’s just to save money I’m not a fan of diluting the avocado.
