I'm back - Kind of!! Just been really busy and I do find it hard to constantly fill in everything I eat on here - however having said that I do believe it works - when you actually see how much and what you are eating otherwise it is easy to just say ohh i'll just have a little bit of this & that!! So I have been LUCKY more than anything and still lost a lb.
