Not really sure if I’m doing something wrong because I know I eat well and exercise when I can between running and body weight exercises 3 times a week but it doesn’t seem to do much

r u weighing everything properly my lovely? including sauces, dressings and oils etc which u cook in? I'm struggling too but think I've reached a plateau so just gotta b persistent. xx

Yes constantly making sure nothing isn’t counted even teas and all is measured, I have stopped using sauces like ketchup where possible. I usually even leave calories during the day because I know I will want an ice cream in the evening because it’s so hot

I'm the same, not using quite all my calories, keeping my macros in check, doing my steps, drinking plenty of water and still barely losing, so I feel ur pain, uvr not alone xx
