Found the best low-effort calcium-rich snack ever: 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 3/4 cup 0-fat Greek yogurt, and 2 tsp raw sugar. Yes, it has carbs, but it's very satisfying, much, much more so than artificially-sweetened yogurt. Plus, artificial sweeteners trigger insulin production, so better to go with the real thing and just use (a lot) less.
