Today I've been invited to a pool party with friends where pizza will be the dinner. I figure I'll eat before I go and then have 1 piece to hang out with them (vs. 2-3 for dinner). I can lower the carbs during the day (tuna salad and then scrambled eggs and ham with cheese) to help offset and hopefully it'll at least stay the same tomorrow on the scale. Tomorrow night is another dinner out but I'm bringing dinner so it'll be much easier to control (hello chicken taco salad!). At least I know my swimsuit fits.
Can't work over today (they're starting at 4, I'll get there after work) but I have 4 extra hours in so far this week so we'll see what happens. Laundry and a shower fitted in there somewhere today (I work remotely) before I go but it'll be so nice to see everyone. It's been more than 6 months I think since we were all together.
