not a good day my car window was smashed by juvenile thugs, i only lost 0.3kg, nothing i tries to do wanted to work. however my exercise bike is now inside and i did 15mins

300g is frustrating, but it is downward, and muuuch better than upward! My doctor told me that for long term loss, its better to go down at 300g a week - so thats good for you.
