Bummed that I gained back the weight I had lost in April. I am trying to be reasonable about my eating, I'm aiming for 1800/ day because I think that's what I'd need for maintenance at my goal weight. Theoretically, eating at that level should get me there. I need to regard exercise as "getting there faster" not as "now I get more food."
