Bowling on Wednesday and Thursday worked out just fine. My hubby did a lot better and went home a happy camper. Happy Valentines Day! I am saving my carbs and calories for my Valentines lunch at Abuelos. I am going to pull up the menu and see if I can pick out a few things that are low in carbs and calories. I plan to enjoy my meal and eat sparingly. No chocolate today for me!
