Made a yummy roasted veggie and quinoa dinner tonight. Surprisingly filling and it was satisfying, too. Today I got some packaged nuts and fruit for snacks this week. No chips or sugary snacks were bought. That is a little mini win for me. One of the goals I’m setting this week is to only have one can of Diet Coke per day. I generally only have about one but noticed I’ve been a bit more thirsty for them in the past few weeks. Ultimately, I will cut back to 3 per week and then none. I know it’s possible because I’ve done it before! 😊
