Having the weight loss surgery in Dec 2020 has help tremendously in the amount of food I intake. In this process, I have learned what to eat and what to watch out for. Im not 100 percent there but Im on the right track.
121.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
