Okay--so the "celebration" weight gain now seems to be on the way out!! Thank Goodness--I was so depressed to have a set-back in the name of happiness. Wake-up call - I really need to monitor myself. I am going to take measurements to get some sense of accomplishment. I've noticed changes in my clothes even though the scale has not been my friend.
So today is Saturday--absolutely beautiful day in LA! Got out to do some shopping--needed more of my favs--spinach, eggs, feta, etc!!! I am finally learning that preparation is the key. I only lose my mind when the "right" foods are unavailable. So NO EXCUSES--ALWAYS BE PREPARED!!!
My son comes home next week from college for summer-we'll work to get him back on track with healthier choices. Doing a "family makeover" but can't preach without setting the example!!
