no fast today. I just woke up so hungry.. I think I didn't eat enough yesterday. Going to try and get in a sufficient amount of calories today and end the eating early so I can be sure to fast tonight/tomorrow. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Me too MorticiaAddams the app wants me eating next to none.. I was trying to get there then realized I still lose if I have more than what it's got me listed at. I am still trying to figure it all out.

Are you using the phone app? The target icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen opens the options to change macro percentages.

I found it on the phone app but not the web page. I was just curious about the reset. Thought that might be an effort to get the protein problem fixed.

I set mine at 30% of calories, but most people don’t go that high. I’m older and I lift weights for exercise, both of which increase recommended intake.
