Somebody Else's Journal, 11 February 2015

Woke up, brushed my teeth, and went straight onto the bike for a weird interval style (5 minutes on, 10-30 seconds off) on 5/8 (8 being hardest) setting. I'm trying to ease myself into my old ways. Back in the day, I used to bike for over an hour on the hardest setting without stopping at a speed of about 15-18kmph. I dunno how the fuck I did it, but I was pretty fit. If I really pushed myself, I think I could maybe get that hour but definitely not on 8/8 and I may have to stop half way for a 20-40 second breather. (it also hurts the bum hah)

Anywho, I slept for 10 hours, which is probably not surprising, as I had a busy day yesterday and had only 6 hours sleep, if that.

Just went on a veg run but ended up getting a strawberry cheesecake... God yes. Cheesecake is my Achilles Heel. Given the weight I've lost over the last two days, let alone in total, I think I've earned a lil treat.

I'm actually struggling to get the calories in for the day, and the macros. It's easy to just keep eating, but eating the RIGHT things and making sure not to go too farm low or high, that's harder for me right now. I've eating half a cheesecake today and STILL haven't hit my 2000kcal. I've got plenty of carbs, and I can leave it at around 100g.

My resistance workout today was mainly focused on my upper body, 'though I did do some squats, I didn't do a great deal... I just kinda felt like it. The main focus was the "show muscles".
