what is going on? I had salad with salmon last night for dinner then only a banana for lunch today. my other meals were small and no snacks. I can't seem to lose any weight at all right now.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
