Back on completing the unfinished business - from 96 to 87 and back to 90. I now aim to go one step at a time...next target is 89 followed by 88 and so on till I get to 80. Will start jogging to finally join my gym back. Shame I couldn't keep the flow in the first attempt. Wish me luck friends.
