Hi everyone
My body is ballooning fast I know it’s water retention ankles feet wrists stomach…. I drink loads of water but don’t pass water only 2 - 3 times and consuming about 4 Lt water tea coffee etc so will am not sure it’s due to eating habits or I’ve consumed too much protein the last month so today I will have rice for lunch no protein and vegetables took a tablet diuretic will see fingers crossed xxx wish me luck xx

Have you seen the doctor just to check?

Not yet sweetheart am not well so hopefully tomorrow will try to find a Dr ( it’s like a rural village) here no one speaks English French or Arabic so am totally in the dark even Goggle Translate thank you for asking xxx

Update swelling less passing water as normal but I could bring myself to have high carb foods again so protein & salad vegetables

Be kind to yourself and eat properly without worrying about weight loss until you see a doctor. Where are you? Hope you feel better soon.
