Wow, I blew my calories out of the water today. But I have no regrets because I ate so well today. I had a protien shake this morning, I ate some chicken breast for lunch with a little apple cornbread stuffing. Then for dinner I had salmon, a new whole grain recipe and some asparagus. I am a little slack on the veggies but what can I say. My sodium was high today though so I may still be up tomorrow or maybe even more. Think I'll wait a few days to weigh in again. Like maybe Wednesday or Thursday.
