ah hell yeah.. after almost a week of feeling depressed and having a bad cold, being off my diet and generally feeling like a failure, i got back on track with food and went for a albeit slow and short, but very attitude and heart resetting walk in the woods with my dogs and bestie.
Nothing like nature to make you feel human again. I may be able to get to the gym tonight after all xxx
