Well I am excited to have hit 142 lbs, I haven't seen that number on my scale in a long time. 143 lbs stuck with me for a while, but I still seem to be on the road to becoming lighter. I'm trying to stick to approx 1000 to 1300 cals a day. (I'm only 5'2") It seems to be working. I'm also choosing better food. Now that it's warm outside, my boyfriend and I walk when we can. Feeling better already!
