My size 7 jeans are loose enough that I need a belt to keep them on correctly. That is a nice feeling! Sticking to the Atkins foods and eating veggies and light protein in the evening.
Last night I made a casserole from the back Kroger Mexican blend cheese. I thought that I had brown rice but I only had white rice. It had black beans, onions and tomatoes but it was very spicy. I had it with broccoli. I think to cool it down I will add a can of corn, some chicken and maybe sour cream. It made a big amount.
Tonight I'm going grocery shopping with my mom. Going to eat a bar for supper instead of lunch today.
My mood is a bit down this week, I'm frustrated with hubs in general so kind of enjoying the absence. I am feeling kind of hopeless again.
Update:
Added the chicken/corn and the casserole was WAY better. Felt like a meal. Had 1.5 cups of it. Kind of hard to chart on my the app, I guessed each ingredient for counting.
