I found a place that does meals that are freshly made and sent to you in about 2 to 3 days. 10 healthy meals [that taste great] for about 80 to 90 bucks. I warm mine up in 5 to 6 mins. So if you have a microwave or over near you this will help you out. Check out if you're just curious to see if they have anything you'd like. So far I haven't had a terrible meal yet. Their steak options are my favorite. My buddy love the chicken options.

I meant to say my buddy is out on the go all day long as well. He takes one and stops in a gas station throws it in a microwave. Then you have a better option to stay on your goals. Sorry about how stressful things are just do the best you can. That's all we can really do in life.

Oh No -- not the Drive-Thru Diet!!!! Even places like 7-11 sell sleeves of nuts, bananas and yogurt. This is where pre-packing lunches for a few days and just grab & go from the fridge comes in handy. I hope you can make time to prep, or at least hit a grocery store and buy a bag of apples.

That meal prep thing sounds awesome! Don’t beat yourself up. Sometimes we have to do what we need to to get through tough times. You know what to do and will get back there soon. Hopefully you can find a routine or keep giving your days away😀

See all that wouldn’t be so bad if you could put the work in. I was the same way right before I found myself here. 12 hours days 6-7 days a week, mandatory. Once I got home and sat on the couch that was it, I wouldn’t get up for anything after that since my job required standing the whole time. Sadly that’s how most jobs are... they drain you so much that you’re trading your health for money

JustBananas I have still been. Prepping healthy meals ahead of time and for breakfast and lunch as well as a days worth of fruit , baby carrota and rice cakes as snacks all of this eating has been o top of that I normally work a 10.5 hour shift but I've been getting home late then getting called back out immediately after getting home so I Shove down a healthy dinner then I binge a ton of shit food on top of it afterwards to ease my exhaustion and stress. Today was different I had my normal 10.5 hour shift food prepped but found out it was going to be a 13 hour shift so no prep for dinner so I saved my broiled salmon filled broiling cauliflower spinach and baby carrots to eat for dinner between jobs tonight. Then I had no wallet so I remembered I had rewards points for a free burger so I made that my lunch. I'm still eating all the healthy stuff I normally would just bi gung shit onto of it

That's a brutal schedule. I hope staying safe is your 1st priority working such long days/nights. Whenever I (and coworkers) worked like that, not knowing how long my "day" would be or if I'd get a meal break I'd put 2 peanut butter & jelly sandwiches & 2 apples in lunch bag. I could scarf something in a few bites while working and it would keep for 2 or 3 days. Minimal effort, Minimal cost, no refrigerator or microwave required.
Just a suggestion.
