Off season weight but around mid-July I am going into my pre contest diet. :)
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1726 kcal Fat: 42.88g | Prot: 157.37g | Carb: 165.60g.   Breakfast: Blueberries, oats quaker, Ezekiel Bread, egg omega, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Lunch: Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas (Small). Dinner: Marinara Sauce, brown rice pasta, nu-tek natures greens, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets. Snacks/Other: rice cake quaker popcorn, myofusion, myofusion, myofusion, 250, peanut butter flax, oats quaker. more...
gaining 0.5 lb a week
