Okie doke guys!!! Where are my experts. Plus size work outs for people with compromised backs. I want to work on just over all body work outs but I also need to work on my back and core to help support the fact that I have had surgery on my back and I am in a lot of pain. Looking to step it up and buy a few cheaper things to help with some of my work outs. I’m thinking resistance bands, and a yoga mat to start. Possibly a yoga ball. Anything have some other suggestions? Or specialized work out positions and actions that they suggest? The floor is open.

I suggest you discuss your needs with a physical therapist as a starting point. I hope you can develop a plan that relieves your pain. 🌹

Thank you ShirFleur. Not really at a point I can do that financially atm. Plus I need day care. Guess I was just looking for some free guidance in the mean time 😂

Mayo Clinic's website has some information on exercises for back pain you might want to check out. May not be what you are looking for, but worth a try.
