Keidrake's Journal, 25 July 2022

Scale is sloooow moving. We got a new bio filter hooked up to the fish pond, hoping it works well to keep the pond clearer and the fish happy. Tomorrow is my offical weigh in at the doctor's office, kind of excited about it.

Apparently my new fitbit doesn't sync itself to my phone and app like my old one use to. I have to manually click into the app and make it update the steps and such at the end of the day. :/ So in the app it shows that I got 0 steps for several days. -_- And I worked hard hitting my target step goal. ugh.

Finishing up coffee and gonna really get the day started. Motivate the oldest kid to get her school work done, and the youngest to not drive people batty today. Also need to hit the grocery store up today, we're officially out of milk. Also want to get some more fruit.
413.8 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 223.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
