Registered all the food and all the exercise.around -145 calories today. And I'm losing 100 grams every 3 days. that means in te following 2 months I will lose maximum 2 kilos based on calculations here. I think I need to eat 500 calories less ad to try to move a bit more. insanity will make me move more in the following 2-3 weeks from 40 minutes to 1 hour/day 6 times/week. Well reality si I'm exercising every single day and still I need to eat less. I'm thinking what to cut out. The meat is needed for protein intake , I cannot remove it.A good idea is to cut from the fat. I think the hummus can stay out of the equation. Without the hummus my calories go to 1300, which is good and my exercise will stay at 1800-1900 calories which will make a deficit of 500 calories/day and will raise the chance to lose 2 kg in the following month. Also without the hummus my protein intake will be around 30 something% which will be like a nice improvement comapred to before.

I asked my husband to take some protein supplement for me. He first suggested breakfast cereal, but I told him that has more carbs, and a bunch of calories so that is really not a very wise solution for my diet.

I'm thinking further that I need to checkmy weight less often,so there would be more time to make adjustements. It'snot easy to make choices being aware of the content of protein and fat and having to keep the fat under a certain level, limiting the carbs and increasing the protein. I mean just eating chicken is not enough...because chicken comes with 30 grams of protein/100 grams but also with a llot of fat so there is not much room for mistakes regarding the fat content of other food. I mean you certainly cannot have fried potatoes or candy bars because everything will get ruined.
